And i thought this arriving was the highlight of my day but nope, Dr Nworb and his new brood won out:

Some more of Anne Carson's, Decreation.

I can't actually explain why you should read this but you should.
You definitely should.

I have four bookmarks on the go right now.
...
This has never happened before.

This little fella sat next to me while i read.
He was almost cat-like in his ablutions.

A play of light.

Two-tone Snapdragons.
My favourite.

The original interloper.
He goes by the name of Smudge.

And yes, i do want to steal him.

The late afternoon.

The return of the bookmark placement.

The end of Book One of Ovid's Metamorphoses.

Keeping all the players straight in my head is proving...challenging.

July 10, 2014

The rare sunny and warm day in Scotland always results in my lazy ass soaking up as much Vitamin D as possible on the back deck with liquid sustenance and a book of some sort.
Today's concoction was Mango & Lychee Green Tea and Battlepug.
Volume 2, i'm gonna need you in my grubby paws exceedingly soon.

Held my first baby frog of the year.
Still as weirdly cold, jelly-like and awesome as always.
Hopefully more froglet wrangling to come before summer's over.

...
Pretty flowers.

Bow down before my gloriously lazy articulation.
Heat makes me sleepy.
...
...er.
